No, we do not offer paid advertising. We can create posts with captions to be used as ads, but it will be up to your marketing team to run the campaign. We specialise in organic marketing.

We only require that you have a gmail account and are willing to sign up to Canva, LastPass and Dubsado for free. We will provide detailed instructions and a walkthrough video during onboarding. We have refined our systems so our workflow is optimised and straightforward for clients. You will not have to pay a single cent for any software.

Yes you certainly can! For instance, if you have an upcoming product launch and want to increase the number of posts for a specific month, we can arrange that. A 30-day notice is required.

We cannot promise immediate results or a direct correlation to sales. Social media management is a long-term investment. Figuring out what works for your account takes time. On an ongoing basis, we review monthly statistics to learn what is working and what isn’t. The strategy is then tweaked accordingly.
